We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from our room. The seaview was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay at Cliff Hall even more special. The shower had amazing water pressure, creating a truly relaxing experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the beach, old town, and other attractions. The staff, especially Pippa, Mark, Toni, and Mike, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their helpfulness made us feel right at home. we had a wonderful experience at Cliff Hall.

had a wonderful group stay in shanklin, cliff hall exceeded our expectations! ground floor room was perfect for my wife's disability, lovely patio with stunning views, yummy breakfasts and very helpful staff. felt at home and treated with respect. highly recommended, would book again!

Nothing, it is perfect.

The Cliff Hall Shanklin is a wonderful place for a woman to travel alone. The location is perfect, with stunning sea views that you can enjoy while sipping a glass of wine. It is also conveniently located near restaurants in the old town and right on the seafront. it serves as a great central base for exploring other parts of the island. The rooms are comfortable, and the service provided by the friendly and welcoming staff is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, and there are facilities like a bar and a private seating area in the garden for guests to enjoy.

The rooms were spacious and perfect for a family with kids. the location was great, being close to both the town and the beach. I loved taking walks to both places. the breakfast spread was excellent, especially the omelette and coffee.

While there were no serious issues, I did notice a few minor things that could be improved. the shower water pressure could have been stronger, and the beds could have been a bit more comfortable.

The view of the coastline from the hotel was stunning, definitely a highlight of my stay. The owners, Debra and Brendan, were lovely and very helpful in regard to the local attractions and making me feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic, very hearty and set me up for the day. I also appreciated the private seating area in the garden, it was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.
