Fantastic breakfasts, comfortable beds

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the Mawddach Estuary right from our kitchen window. Plus, there was a pub just a short walk away across the toll bridge. The room itself was so cozy and comfy, with a wood burning stove and modern central heating to keep us warm. The shower room was modern and well-equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The private enclosed patio was a great touch too, with comfortable seating where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. we couldn't have asked for a more luxurious and comfortable stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of the property was perfect for exploring the area while backpacking. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The location of the hotel is great, with lots of beautiful Welsh countryside walks nearby and a country pub within walking distance. You can also start some walks right from the hotel's doorstep. The cabin itself is quirky and unique, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the service was satisfactory. The breakfast provided was delicious, with homemade jam and marmalade being a standout. The tray in the room was well stocked with goodies and there were facilities for making tea and biscuits available.

The room could have been warmer, especially the lounge area. Comfy chairs were also lacking in the room, making it less comfortable to relax in.

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas and we loved the cozy ambiance. The breakfast was exceptional with a cooked option and roasted muesli. The location was perfect, near the sea and excellent restaurants. We also enjoyed the EV charging unit provided by the hotel, which was very convenient.

The twin bedroom was very small and cramped, with uncomfortable mattresses. We were expecting a smaller room but not quite as small as this.

We had an amazing experience staying at the Showman's Wagon at Coed Cae. Grahame and Jackie were incredibly welcoming, and the attention to detail in the wagon was impressive. The decoration was tasteful, and the wagon was comfortable with modern amenities such as a wood-burning stove and central heating. The view from the kitchen window of the Mawddach Estuary was beautiful, and we enjoyed the private enclosed patio. The breakfast, particularly the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, was delicious. it was the most original and well-equipped place we have ever stayed, and we can't wait to return.
