The value for money at Copthorne was excellent, with a comfortable room and great location. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed at the hotel over the August Bank Holiday weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The Executive Suite provided a separate adjoining room, access to the Club Lounge, and room service without a tray charge. The food arrived remarkably quickly and the hotel's location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions like the Black Country Museum and the Severn Valley Railway. The receptionist, Emily, was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for its good value and convenient location.

The location of the hotel was convenient for our needs and not far from Birmingham. On Saturday 18/05/19, we had a pleasant stay in a room with a lovely view. The power shower in the bathroom was refreshing and the room itself was clean and bright. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff provided friendly and efficient service. the gym and pool facilities, although a bit dated, were still usable.

The noise from evening parties and events can be quite disturbing, especially for families.

The location is ideal, well situated for attractions such as a large shopping retail park and great restaurants just a short cab ride away. The service provided was excellent, from room service to housekeeping, laundry and room amenities. The heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, terrace, in-room safe, soundproofed rooms and garden furniture ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The leisure facilities are also impressive and well-maintained, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas, a steam room, and a rooftop pool with a sun terrace and heated swimming pool. The staff gave good service, both at check-in and check-out.

Although the staff was not the most hospitable and could do with some tips on customer service, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.
