The breakfast was excellent - big portion, great selection. All requests were listened to. Quick, friendly service. Just a stone's throw from the centre, buses, shops, and the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was very good, just a short walk away from cafes and the sea. The hosts were fabulous and made us feel so welcome. The breakfasts were delicious and they catered to our preferences. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed including a comfortable bed and a lovely en-suite. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to offer advice and tourist information. It was ideally located for exploring the surrounding areas like Holkham and Wells on sea, which were charming villages by the sea with cute shops. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I recently spent New Year's at this hotel and there were a couple of things I really liked. the room was very clean and well-maintained. the bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were great. They even had a small fridge in the room, which was convenient for storing snacks and drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to everything I needed - shops, restaurants, and the beach. It made it really easy to explore the area and enjoy all that it had to offer.

There were a couple of things that I disliked. there was no continental breakfast option.

The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was fortunate enough to have good weather during my visit. The coastal path nearby offered excellent walking opportunities. The room was also very quiet at night, and I appreciated having access to heating.
