We had a fantastic stay in this secluded hotel nestled in the heart of nature. The location provided us with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, including the Cotswolds. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, with well-maintained and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even provided special treats and a dog bed for our furry friends. We also appreciated the ample private parking and the convenience of accessing the nearby Malvern Hills directly from the hotel. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

There are also great restaurants nearby for those looking to dine out. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as tea/coffee facilities and soft towels. Breakfast served in the bright dining room with views over the valley was a delightful start to the day.

The decor in the hotel room was a bit dated, which may not appeal to everyone's taste.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a room that had a fantastic view and a narrow balcony to enjoy it. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the beautiful hills right from the hotel. The staff were outstanding, from the cheery housekeeper to the efficient receptionists, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Stayed for 1 night first week August. Reception were excellent as had to guide me in to find the place. The place is stunning, set on the side of a Malvern hill and its white building standing proud. Beautiful location with direct access to the Malvern Hills for walking. The room was great, comfy bed, great shower. The view from the terrace is superb and the location is very peaceful. We ate in the restaurant for dinner, which was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, nestled high up in the Malvern hills and surrounded by beautiful woods. The views from here are breathtaking and we were lucky to have great weather during our stay. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic break. The room was comfortable and spotless, with a large shower in the bathroom. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and the bar had delicious cocktails. The breakfast at the 1919 Restaurant was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from.

While our overall experience was great, we did encounter a few minor issues. The bed in our room was a bit small, measuring only 4 feet.
