creeksea place barns in burnham-on-crouch exceeded my expectations for a birthday celebration. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging taxis and allowing us to check in early. the on-site cafe served amazing breakfasts and the gym and spa facilities were fantastic. the clean and comfortable rooms had all the amenities we needed, making our stay perfect.

Shower cap was missing.

The location was amazing and surprisingly affordable. The hen barn had all the comforts of home. The jacuzzi and gym were impressive and impeccably clean. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Would definitely return.

The hotel itself is situated on a private residence, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. the hotel is located close to the sea wall, offering a beautiful view and opportunity for leisurely walks.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. Some guests mentioned that the deliveries in the morning and the staff moving around could be a bit noisy.

Stayed for a wedding and it was outstanding. Units were wonderful with bath, shower, kitchen, and comfy beds. The jacuzzi was fantastic. The staff were brilliant, going above and beyond every day. Lovely river view, plenty of space, and everything you need. Dog-friendly site with a dog cafe hosting socializing meets. Keys were left in accommodation - so easy! Highly recommend the amazing and cheap location, felt like home with all the amenities like a jacuzzi area and gym.

The outdoor space was just lovely, perfect to enjoy the morning and evening sunshine. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Another plus is that all rooms were en-suite, which made it perfect for our group. the amenities in the kitchen were quite good, making self-catering easy.

We didn't like that we expected some kitchen items like a roll of kitchen paper, washing up liquid, and a microwave. They were not provided.
