The town of Cockermouth was also picturesque and charming. our experience at the Croft Guesthouse was perfect. We highly recommend it.

The breakfast was AMAZING, so many choices and everything was fresh and very tasty. Loved the robes! The location was GREAT, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful town center, making it easy to explore. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like having umbrellas available for guests to use.

The road leading to the hotel was NARROW and WINDING, which could be challenging for larger vehicles. , the internet signal wasn't very strong in the room on the top floor, which was a minor inconvenience.
