This place oozes character with its period furniture, nooks and crannies, and stone floors. The room was clean, warm, and had a lot of character. The bed was excellent, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast was great, and the inn served superb food with friendly staff. Additionally, the private courtyard parking was a bonus. Perfect for solo travellers.

I recently stayed at the Cross Keys Hotel for a family party in Ely. The location was convenient with a good road access. The hotel's old and quirky public areas added charm to the stay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful, well cooked, and tasty. The highlight was the beautiful, huge room on the top floor. The bar area had a comfortable atmosphere and added to the overall experience.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our New Year stay. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. Additionally, the double glazed windows were a great feature that helped to minimize any noise from outside, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach.

We did notice a few areas that could use improvement during our stay. the hotel could benefit from some refurbishment as the building appeared quite dated.
