I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel tucked away in a peaceful area. The location by the fountain was simply delightful, offering a serene atmosphere to unwind and relax. The room I stayed in was spacious and cozy, with a fantastic view of the gardens. The bathroom was immaculate, and the service provided by the attentive staff was top-notch. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that couldn't be faulted. The attention to detail in this hotel is truly remarkable.

But even with this slight setback, the overall experience at the hotel was exceptional.

We had an amazing city break in a grand and beautiful castle-like hotel! Attentive service from the staff made us feel welcome and pampered. the room was large and beautifully decorated, and the hotel's grounds were perfect for relaxing walks. We especially enjoyed the tasty meals and were impressed by the attention paid to guests with dietary restrictions. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby city.

While the price was a bit high for some amenities we're used to, like a pool or spa, we still feel the overall experience was worth the cost.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted by the stunning restoration of this historic property. The attention to detail in the MacIntosh room, with its beautiful views, was a highlight. The service at the hotel was top-notch, from the moment we arrived until we left. The dinner was exquisite, although we would have preferred the main course to be hotter. The lounge and bar area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the selection of drinks was impressive.

While they were friendly and tried their best, it was evident that they were not fully accustomed to the standards of a luxury hotel. Additionally, the cakes served during the afternoon tea did not meet our expectations in terms of flavor and quality.
