The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can enjoy a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant, with dishes like crispy chilli beef and lasagne receiving rave reviews. Plus, the location offers easy access to the Ridgeway Path for outdoor enthusiasts.

The breakfast options may leave something to be desired. One guest mentioned that the continental breakfast bag offered was underwhelming and not sufficient for those starting their day early.

We found somewhere to stop in the Newbury area and it was a pleasant surprise. The room was nice and big, with good wifi. Plus, the staff were very willing to help and provided excellent service, even going out to buy special items for our breakfast. The pub was friendly and warm, with good beer and a lovely chicken burger. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, and we appreciated the convenient location and plenty of parking.

La posizione centrale e comoda dell'appartamento mi ha permesso di spostarmi a piedi e raggiungere facilmente le spiagge e i negozi nelle vicinanze. Inoltre, il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e mi ha fornito preziosi consigli sulle migliori spiagge della zona. L'appartamento era molto pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e aveva un'atmosfera accogliente. Il parcheggio non era proprio di fronte alla casa, ma ho sempre trovato un posto nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso, il personale è stato molto disponibile e cordiale durante tutto il mio soggiorno.

The rooms are comfortable and equipped with quality linen and towels, ensuring a restful stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist guests with any requests or concerns.

There seems to be a lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which is a slight downside to an otherwise pleasant experience.

our recent stay in east ilsley exceeded expectations. crown & horns made us feel comfortable and the staff were very helpful. the second room we were moved to was lovely and the food was better than average.

coffee machine didn't work

Helpful staff who sorted out any issues and provided excellent service. Good beer and delicious food, such as the lovely chicken burger. Excellent digitally controlled shower. A member of staff went above and beyond by providing breakfast cereals and buying uht milk for the guest.

The hotel provided free tours and ticket assistance, which was very convenient for exploring the area. The room amenities were top-notch, with excellent heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus and allowed me to stay connected during my stay. I also enjoyed spending time on the terrace and patio, which offered beautiful garden views. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Spent a fantastic New Year's Eve at this cozy pub. The staff were warm and friendly, and the restaurant food was delicious. We absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the modern bathrooms. The scenic location, close to a major tech park and surrounded by rolling hills, made it perfect for our group who love hiking.

There were some minor issues with the facilities. We found the television screen to be small, and it didn't work at all. The room locks could have been more secure, and we ended up feeling a bit uneasy. Nonetheless, the amazing hospitality and great food more than made up for these small inconveniences. we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
