We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfy bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including 24-hour room service and a free 3G mobile phone with internet access and free calls. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to transportation, including being right opposite the Blackfriars Underground Station. We were so close to popular attractions like Big Ben, the London Eye, and Oxford Street that we could walk everywhere. Additionally, being near the river and a few minutes' walk to St. Paul's Cathedral was a bonus. The breakfast was delicious with many options available. Most importantly, the staff at this hotel were amazing, always going above and beyond to assist us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was first class, with a wide variety of tasty and fresh products. The hotel was very convenient and comfortable, located next to a train and underground station. It was also close to the river, perfect for walks. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the Super reception to the staff member who assisted us during checkout. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. We were impressed by the hotel facilities, including the Club Lounge for afternoon tea, snacks, and breakfast. The location of the hotel made it easy to access transportation and walk to nearby restaurants and our meeting.

The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the complimentary water bottles and breakfast are great.

Convenient location for St Pancras and South Bank. Quiet room despite busy road. Good size and comfortable with modern decor. Easy syncing of mobiles to TV. Great ambience, attentive staff. Late night hot drinks at bar. Excellent choice of quality breakfast options.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to public transportation and many attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. The highlight of my stay was the fabulous bar, which had a unique outside seating area that was truly unforgettable. The staff were professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious enough for two people and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. The location was convenient, especially for visiting St Paul's Cathedral, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even surprising us with a special plate in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. a wonderful experience.

We stayed here for a family vacation and loved the location directly opposite Blackfriars tube station. It made it so convenient for us to explore the city and take the direct trains to Gatwick and Luton. The room was beautifully decorated with sculptures and the luxury toiletries provided were fantastic. The complimentary tea/coffee tray with little extras was a nice touch. The room was well soundproofed, so we had a peaceful night's sleep. The television and comfort of the room were top-notch.

That the hotel was unable to provide a simple receipt after three requests while checking out and reconciling expenses.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with a Tesco Express just to the left and Blackfriars underground station directly opposite. It was so convenient to have the tube station right across the road, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable room and bed. The cleanliness was outstanding, with a clean room and bathroom. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and served in the perfect spot for sightseeing. we were extremely satisfied with our experience.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency for a weekend getaway with a friend. We were delighted with the location, as it was a short stroll away from St Paul's Cathedral and the Thames. The hotel was clean, quiet, and we had access to the club lounge which was a wonderful retreat. The staff was incredibly attentive and made our stay extra special with thoughtful gestures like surprising my friend with a birthday cake and a Lion King gift in our room. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.
