The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The food served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the staff working in the food and beverage department were very attentive and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was situated close to beautiful Regents Park and within walking distance of several key attractions.

It was quite dark and lacked proper lighting, which made the overall ambiance less inviting. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the constant nickel and diming for amenities such as drinking water.

They were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near both the train station and a tube station, with access to a park across the street. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful atmosphere.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the staff was helpful and offered us complementary drinks upon arrival. the room was spacious and clean.

The air conditioning was extremely loud and prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. there was no kettle in the room, so we had to go out every morning to get our coffee.

The central location made it convenient to explore the city. Despite a minor hiccup during check-in, the hotel staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction.
