Some guests had issues with the noise level and the lack of attention from staff regarding noisy neighbors in Hilton Honor floors.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bath/jacuzzi was absolutely amazing! We loved the Apple Mac and stereo in the apartment, and the fact that the fridge was filled with complimentary drinks was a nice touch. The apartment was very clean and modern, and the host welcomed us with a bottle of champagne. The location was superb, as it was right in the middle of the city, close to shops, sights, and restaurants. We were within easy walking distance of everything we needed over the August Bank Holiday weekend in the private design suite. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing great recommendations for dining and attractions. a fantastic stay!

Great spot close to the train station! Loved the friendly staff and the clean rooms. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The carpark was secure and reasonably priced. Had a small issue with the room, but it was resolved quickly and without any hassle. The WiFi was reliable and the bed was super comfy.

Disliked the housekeeping, they could have done a better job cleaning the room. The carpets looked tired and in need of replacement.

The room was fairly clean and the cleaning staff did a good job of replacing towels and toilet paper. The location was really convenient, close to lots of shops and sights, plus right next to a train station. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi that was available.

The hotel was really overpriced and didn't even include breakfast. We had to go to a nearby café to have breakfast which was not ideal.
