Comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Shampoo provided. Only stayed one night.

Cute Shepard’s Hut, private, delicious breakfast, accommodating hosts, well-decorated, clean.

Lovely decor and good standard of cleanliness. Very attentive and polite waitresses. Easy parking, new towels and bed made. Small fridge was super handy. Welcoming host and tasty breakfast. Convenient location near train station and beach. Great fish & chip shop and Tapas bar nearby.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and had all the facilities I needed. The location was superb, being close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and always available to answer any queries. this place was exceptional in every way.

Just returned from a delightful stay at Downsfield B&B. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast served hot and home-cooked was absolutely delicious. The attentive staff provided excellent service and the location, just a short walk from Carbis Bay beach, was fantastic. Avoiding the holiday traffic in St Ives was an added bonus. Highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful stay.

Lovely appearance and well-kept property. Quiet and peaceful location with easy transport links to many local attractions. We particularly enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of options.

The room we booked was advertised as having a balcony, but when we arrived we found that it was just a door opening onto a small, unclear perspex plate. When we expressed our disappointment, we were met with a dismissive attitude from the owner.

The log cabin at Downsfield Bed and Breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was worried about it being cold at night, but it turned out to be warm and toasty, providing a cozy atmosphere. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea, and the spacious room was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast had a great selection and the cooked breakfast was a perfect start to my mornings. Parking onsite was also convenient. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable experience.

The value for money at this B&B was excellent, with a comfortable and clean room that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and the beach, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
