This hotel was exceptionally clean and had all the facilities I needed. The location was superb, being close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and always available to answer any queries. this place was exceptional in every way.

Just returned from a delightful stay at Downsfield B&B. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast served hot and home-cooked was absolutely delicious. The attentive staff provided excellent service and the location, just a short walk from Carbis Bay beach, was fantastic. Avoiding the holiday traffic in St Ives was an added bonus. Highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful stay.

Lovely appearance and well-kept property. Quiet and peaceful location with easy transport links to many local attractions. We particularly enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of options.

The room we booked was advertised as having a balcony, but when we arrived we found that it was just a door opening onto a small, unclear perspex plate. When we expressed our disappointment, we were met with a dismissive attitude from the owner.

Looking for somewhere to stay in a quiet area? Look no further! This cozy B&B is nestled in a tranquil spot, perfect for a peaceful getaway. You'll be just a short stroll away from a stunning beach, although the walk back up the hill might be a bit tiring. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the delicious breakfast will leave you satisfied. Plus, the beautiful views from the back garden are an added bonus.

One downside is that the sink in the bathroom is quite small, which may be a bit inconvenient for some guests.

The log cabin at Downsfield Bed and Breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was worried about it being cold at night, but it turned out to be warm and toasty, providing a cozy atmosphere. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea, and the spacious room was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast had a great selection and the cooked breakfast was a perfect start to my mornings. Parking onsite was also convenient. I highly recommend staying here for a memorable experience.

We had a lovely stay at a charming B&B with a beautiful house, garden, and a convenient location. the bus stops right outside were very useful, as was the restaurant across the road. the staff were friendly and provided recommendations. the room was clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. the breakfast, especially the poached eggs, was delicious. we would highly recommend this B&B for anyone visiting.
