Friendly barstaff, nice decor, average room, good breakfast. The breakfast was fab - not swimming in grease. The log fire was inviting and the evening meal was very good. Friendly people and let's not forget the guard dog!

We had a great experience staying at a charming bed and breakfast in a fantastic location for exploring Cornwall. The food was superb, with a wide selection of high-quality dishes that were beautifully presented. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy, and everything worked perfectly. The bar and outside area created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to relax. it was a lovely stay at the Earl Of Chatham Bed & Breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of this family room. The staff were incredibly friendly and caring, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh linen and extra comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious, bright, and very clean. The hotel is located in a magical village with charming attractions, including a delicious ice cream shop. The hotel also had a large free car park and was in a great location for exploring Cornwall, with many nearby attractions such as Lanhydrock House and the Eden Project.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming inn. The restaurant offered a great selection of delicious meals, including a mouthwatering steak and ale pie. The room had a homely feel, with a comfortable bed and lovely white towels. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the pub downstairs had loads of character. It was the perfect base for exploring the local area and beyond.

The walls in the room were a bit thin, allowing some noise from the bar below to filter through.

We had a fantastic time at a lovely inn in a great location close to the Eden project. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious home-cooked food. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay a pleasure. it was excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of parking space and easy access to nearby attractions. The food served in the hotel was of high quality and reasonably priced, offering a good selection of dishes. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.

The noise levels in the hotel room were quite high, especially from the road outside. The lack of double glazing made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep, with noise from other guests also being easily heard.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely clean village pub. The rooms were light, clean and very comfy. The staff were great - nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly. The breakfasts were amazing and delicious. The village itself is quiet and perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service. The food, including breakfast and dinner, was delicious. The outside area and car park were convenient for those travelling by car.
