I stayed near the city centre, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities were modern, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Cons: Nothing to be mentioned.

I had a great stay at the hotel. the staff at Embassy Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. the room was basic but had all the essentials and was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the fans provided in the bedrooms before we arrived. the breakfast was lovely, and even though there was a bit of a wait on the first day, the staff were very apologetic and accommodating. the location was quiet and convenient, with easy access to the metro radio arena and metro centre.

Always return for my stay at the top choice. Staff found my lost item first visit, unforgettable. It fits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, dryer, and wheelchair access. Coming back for Christmas!

Comfortable stay, well looked after by friendly staff. We were made to feel welcome and would definitely return. Lovely place. Situation: Stayed for my sister's wedding, had a fantastic two-night stay.

Although there were no major drawbacks, it was a bit of a hassle to be allocated a family room on the first floor without a lift. We had a three-month-old baby and had to carry a lot of stuff, which made it inconvenient to go up and down the stairs repeatedly.

The staff were friendly and honest about the hotel's current status. They also recommended a nearby pub where we could enjoy breakfast on the weekend. Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. the staff, especially Gemma, Caroline, and the rest of the team, were extremely helpful throughout our stay. the hotel's location was peaceful, and there were convenient bus stations nearby to reach the metro station. the 24-hour front desk was a bonus for any assistance we needed.
