Good location, modern rooms, clean, helpful staff. High room with sea, harbour, old town, and castle views. Buffet breakfast with nice selection. Wi-Fi issues resolved with grace. Great view of castle from new room.

We loved staying here. This place is located right in the middle of the city next to the harbor. We enjoyed our walks from here; especially strolling through the main palm tree-lined esplanade along the marina. The waterfront with marvelous views of the harbor in some rooms is unbeatable. We also appreciated the room amenities, including the mini-bar and free wi-fi throughout the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, although we feel they could do with a little training on customer service. Nonetheless, we recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this venue.

Our stay at Gran Sol, Affiliated By Melia was fantastic! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the marina from our room on the 22nd floor. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially Miriam at reception, were welcoming and helpful. The highlight of our stay was visiting the 26th floor bar, where we were treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the city. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.

We got excellent value for our money with a clean, comfortable room and a lovely view of the marina and castle from our balcony. The location was perfect, everything within walking distance, including the beautiful beach just 5 minutes away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Jaime at reception, who always greeted us with a smile and went out of his way to help us.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options for drinking glasses instead of just paper cups.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the beach, the town center, and the harbor. We were also pleased to find out that the hotel is conveniently situated near the tram, allowing us to take a day trip to Benidorm for a reasonable price of just €12 return. The room we stayed in had a lovely view of the harbor, and it was well serviced each day. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great selection of delicious items, including churros with dipping chocolate.

Some of the staff at the reception seemed indifferent and did not provide much warmth or recognition for Melia Rewards members.

We arrived a bit early, but the staff at Gran Sol, Affiliated By Melia had our room ready and we didn't have to wait. They were always quick to assist us with any questions or requests. the location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center and close to restaurants, shops, the old town area, and only 150m from the beach. the breakfast at the hotel was top-notch with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!

I was on the 22nd floor of Gran Sol, Affiliated By Melia and the panoramic views of the city and sea were absolutely breathtaking. The room was spacious and had a small seating area on the balcony. The hotel's entrance hall and restaurant were clean and modern, with amazing views from the top floor restaurant. The breakfast and food in the restaurant were delicious. The location of the hotel was central and easy to find. The staff were friendly and there were daily cleaners to make up the beds.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and efficiently checked us in. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the old town and the sea. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the beach. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Spent Xmas at a hotel by the beach. It was great to wake up to the view of the sea. Enjoyed two complementary treats which were a lovely surprise. the hotel was conveniently located near the public parking and had easy access to the beach.

The room was quite noisy as it was located underneath the restaurant. On some nights, there was a party with loud music which lasted until late at night.
