I recently stayed at a charming pub in the countryside, and I had such a memorable experience. The room was spacious and had two comfortable sofas, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning with a separate bath and shower. The evening meal was delicious, and I couldn't resist ordering the Eggs Royale for breakfast - it was top-class! Despite being just a few miles away from the main highway, it felt like I had escaped to a rural paradise. The hotel's WiFi was excellent and even supported streaming on IPlayer, which made up for the smaller TV. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a delightful stay.

We especially loved the pet amenities available, as we were traveling with our dogs. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a wonderful stay in a traditional old pub in the countryside. The location was perfect, with a lovely garden looking across Taunton to the hills beyond. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was friendly and the staff made us feel welcome. The breakfast selection was great and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the view of the field of sheep from our room.

That the hotel was a bit isolated, so it would have been more convenient for us if it was closer to the city.

Freshly cooked food, excellent service, clean and spacious room, direct access to garden with dog, strong recommendation, will visit again.

our stay at the farmers arms was truly exceptional. from the warm welcome to the picturesque setting, everything exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom, and the shower was the best i've ever experienced. the food was delicious, especially the homemade pies. breakfast was cooked to perfection, and the views from the property were breathtaking.

I loved the cozy and spacious room they offered; the bed was really comfortable and the view from the window was breathtaking, with trees and greenery as far as the eye could see. the breakfast was also quite good, with hearty servings and a range of options to choose from. Lastly, the hotel was located near some truly amazing sights to explore, including a local park and some historical landmarks.

I have to admit that the cleanliness of the room was somewhat subpar. There were cobwebs and a layer of dust on the skirting boards in the bathroom, and the tiles looked like they had seen better days.
