I had an amazing and memorable stay at Four Seasons! The staff went above and beyond to make my fiancé's 30th birthday celebration extra special. They surprised us with presents and balloons in the room upon arrival, and even left a cute message for our 6-year-old son. The spa was gorgeous and the Christmas decorations added to the magic. It's definitely a great place for families. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

As adventure travelers, we loved the hotel's amazing location near the river, Tower of London, and the Shard. The gym, breakfast, and valet parking were outstanding, and both restaurants offered delicious food.

Upon arrival at Four Seasons, I was greeted with warm smiles and a personalized welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration special, decorating my room with beautiful decorations. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, with prompt attention to every request. The hotel itself is stunning, with exquisite rooms that are beautifully appointed. The restaurant, La Dame de Pic, offered a fantastic dinner experience that exceeded my expectations. I had a truly luxurious and memorable stay at Four Seasons.

The room/suite at this luxury hotel was simply stunning, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Despite not being able to use the pool/spa due to it being fully booked, it didn't take away from our overall experience. The only minor issues we had were with the TV not working and a lack of hot water on the second morning, which was slightly inconvenient considering the premium price we paid. Nevertheless, these things can happen. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.
