I had an amazing and memorable stay at Four Seasons! The staff went above and beyond to make my fiancé's 30th birthday celebration extra special. They surprised us with presents and balloons in the room upon arrival, and even left a cute message for our 6-year-old son. The spa was gorgeous and the Christmas decorations added to the magic. It's definitely a great place for families. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

During my recent stay at the Four Seasons, I was amazed by the stunning beauty of the hotel. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was surrounded by splendor and elegance. The staff were exceptional, with their friendly and professional service making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was not only beautiful but also comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was great, with its proximity to the river, the Tower of London, and the Shard making it easy to explore these iconic landmarks.

There was a rail strike on the day I arrived, causing slow traffic and resulting in a bit of a delay in reaching the hotel. Additionally, the hotel was a bit far from areas like Covent Garden and Soho, which I wanted to visit.

As adventure travelers, we loved the hotel's amazing location near the river, Tower of London, and the Shard. The gym, breakfast, and valet parking were outstanding, and both restaurants offered delicious food.

Felt very special, no reason to complain.

The restaurant, La Dame de Pic, offered a fantastic dinner experience that exceeded my expectations. I had a truly luxurious and memorable stay at Four Seasons.

The room/suite at this luxury hotel was simply stunning, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Despite not being able to use the pool/spa due to it being fully booked, it didn't take away from our overall experience. The only minor issues we had were with the TV not working and a lack of hot water on the second morning, which was slightly inconvenient considering the premium price we paid. Nevertheless, these things can happen. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel provided a wonderful experience during our New Year stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. the location was key, being close to popular attractions and offering easy access to transportation. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and gym, allowing us to relax and stay active during our stay.

We did have some negative aspects during our stay. the air conditioning in our original room was not working properly, and even after it was supposedly fixed, it still did not provide sufficient cooling.

Value for money was excellent, with a comfortable and luxurious room equipped with high-end fittings, a huge bath, and even a Bluetooth-connected Bose sound system. The location was perfect and the staff treated us with utmost care, going above and beyond to make our stay special, including a thoughtful surprise gift for my parents' anniversary.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by allowing guests to finish their meal before presenting the bill, instead of rushing to settle the payment prematurely.

Natasha at reception and Savvas the concierge were particularly helpful and attentive. The entire team, from the valet staff to the restaurant and bar staff, were friendly and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The breakfast was delicious and the swimming pool and gym were fantastic amenities. my stay at Four Seasons was a perfect 10 out of 10.
