We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was right next to Tokyo Station. This made it easy for us to explore the city, as we could easily catch trains and buses from there. The hotel itself was very luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the range of amenities provided, such as toiletries, a hairdryer, and even pyjamas and slippers. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Despite the minor inconvenience of searching for parking, we still found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The lobby was impressive and the entire hotel was impeccably clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is superb, right next to Tokyo Station with excellent connectivity to other areas. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wide range of dining options even on a public holiday. The convenience of having shops and restaurants within walking distance made exploring the area a breeze. The staff here were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to holding our luggage during our trips outside of the city. The views from our room were breathtaking, especially when overlooking Tokyo Station, perfect for train enthusiasts like us. the location of this venue was ideal and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside we experienced was that the hotel lobby was located on the 27th floor in the Sapia Tower, which meant it was in an open space and lacked privacy. However, this small inconvenience was easily overlooked by the comfortable and well-equipped rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, located right next to Tokyo Station. The convenience of being able to easily access the Shinkansen was a huge benefit. The rooms on the 27th floor were quiet and offered great views. The reception staff were efficient, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. The rooms were comfortable and had nice amenities like multiple power sockets and USB chargers. I highly recommend the Metropolitan Tokyo Marunouchi.

I particularly enjoyed the free amenities, especially the coffee. The staff were friendly, spoke English, and went above and beyond to assist. The hotel's location right next to Tokyo Station was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hotel also provided free smartphone with unlimited internet and calls, a delightful surprise.

The rooms were a bit small, making it difficult to accommodate large suitcases. Some rooms did not offer the desired view, which was a disappointment.
