I absolutely loved the little kitchen area in my room, it was so convenient. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a communal laundry which was a bonus. The location was perfect, right on the Royal Mile and close to everything. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of shops nearby where you can easily grab an umbrella in case of rain. It is also conveniently close to the train station, making it a breeze to get to. The hotel is within walking distance of all the major attractions, like Grassmarket, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice view of Calton Hill. The staff, although some were unprofessional, were generally helpful and accommodating. Breakfast, while continental, provided a decent selection of food.

The hotel had some issues with noise and temperature control. The room was positioned underneath a restaurant and near a busy walkway, resulting in disturbances and keeping our baby awake.

The location of our room was perfect, with a stunning view. The amenities provided surpassed all our expectations. Despite the lack of a lift, the friendly staff made our stay even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

I stumbled upon Fraser Suites while traveling with friends on a Costco tour. The location was excellent, just off the Royal Mile in the heart of the Old Town. Our room had a stunning view and was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfy bed and a kitchenette. The staff, particularly Michelle, went above and beyond to assist us. a wonderful experience in beautiful surroundings.

The hotel's location is superb, providing easy access to all the tourist hotspots, as it's situated close to public transport. In addition, the hotel is only a stone's throw from the Waverley train station. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom boasted top-notch amenities, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We loved that this venue had leisure facilities such as wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour security, bar/ lounge area, restaurant and a fitness studio. The hotel also offered shuttle service which was very helpful. It was also great that this place allowed pets and had pet amenities available. On top of all this, we were amazed at the lovely welcome drink and the free toiletries in the spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Despite one rude staff member who did n't appear to know anything about good customer service, everyone else was on hand to answer any enquiry in an efficient manner. In summary, we recommend this hotel to family without hesitation.
