We loved the perfect location near museums and gardens, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, welcoming staff, delicious hot breakfast, and beautiful lobby.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially because it was close to the airport. It made it easy for us to catch our early morning flight. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always willing to help us with any questions or requests we had. One of the best aspects of our stay was the breakfast. It was slightly above average and had a good variety of options to choose from.

One thing that was disappointing was that we were not informed about the rewards program. We found out later that we could have earned rewards points and received a free breakfast if we had known about it.

The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions. The staff were friendly and the hotel's location was convenient, with the beach and shopping options nearby.

We loved everything about our stay at the Hyatt Place. The location was perfect for our trip to visit The Ringling Museums, Jungle Gardens, and Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Our room had 2 queen beds and a spacious sitting area with a sectional sofa, desk, and a larger than usual fridge. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning, which included scrambled eggs, assorted breakfast meats, fresh berries, yogurt. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The lobby had plenty of seating and tables, and although we didn't have a chance to use it, the pool looked inviting as well.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with ultra comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just across from the airport, making our travel arrangements incredibly convenient. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were top-notch, including two queen beds and an additional pull-out bed, perfect for families or larger groups.

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in housekeeping. the room was not properly cleaned during my stay and I had to request for someone to come and make up the room.

The staff members were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. We particularly enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the nearby airport, which made traveling to and from the hotel a breeze. Another great aspect was the cleanliness and maintenance of both the hotel and the rooms.

The absence of coffee/tea in the main lobby, which is a feature commonly found in other hotel chains. The lack of privacy in the computer area, located in the main lobby, was also a disappointment.
