The hotel had great service and friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. the lobby was stunning and well maintained. the breakfast service was efficient and the food was fresh. I particularly liked the spacious rooms and the amenities provided, such as the gym and pool. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.

The furniture in the room could have been cleaner. some of the decor looked a bit old.

We had a fantastic stay at Mulia Senayan. The room was spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathtub that made our night relaxing. The quick delivery of our food order was impressive. the service was great.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel were amazing. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch, and the sauna was always there to relax after a long day. the swimming pool was indoor, which I find very convenient as it's accessible all year, round. the gym center was also state, of, the, art. the staff went out of their way to accommodate every need, and the restaurant had an impressive array of dishes.

The pillows were too hard for my liking, but the staff quickly helped me with softer ones, so it wasn't that much of a problem. this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
