We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing - right opposite the beach in a small village on the NC500 route. The hotel facilities were clean and in keeping with the period, with lovely comfy armchairs in the big reception area. We enjoyed being able to watch dolphins in the bay from our room, which was a truly incredible experience. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was close to the museum and provided easy access to transportation.

Had a great Easter weekend at a lovely traditional hotel. Loved the friendly and welcoming staff who made our stay memorable. The sea view from our comfortable four poster bed was breathtaking. The hotel had wifi and a TV, and the bathroom was clean and adequate. , enjoyed the delicious dinner with a good choice of options, including vegetarian dishes. Conveniently located near beautiful attractions like Inverewe Gardens and Fairy Pools on Skye.

The decor of the hotel could use some update as it appeared a bit tired. The food, although alright, wasn't exceptional.

Our Christmas at this hotel was a memorable experience. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel's location was superb, with breathtaking views of the bay from our room. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival, and the Christmas buffet dinner was fantastic. The live music in the lounge bar was a great touch and added to the festive atmosphere.

That the heating in our room was difficult to control, making it too warm at times. the standard room was a bit small for our liking, so an upgrade to a superior room is worth the extra cost.
