The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a lovely surrounding. The room I stayed in was pleasant and the shower was easy to figure out, which is always a plus. I also appreciated the self-serve coffee bar at breakfast, as a coffee addict, it was perfect for me. I had a good time in Cambridge.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. The breakfast staff at the hotel were rude and the breakfast itself was of poor standard and cold.

Great location! The hotel is situated on the river, making it the perfect spot for a city break in historic Cambridge. The room we booked had a balcony with a view overlooking the river, which was a huge plus. Additionally, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is starting to show some signs of wear and tear, which is a bit disappointing. It could use some investment in improvements to freshen it up.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed, including a mini bar, TV, and good WiFi. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city near the colleges. The hotel also had great facilities, including a restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious dinner and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the sunny weather by the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location near city center, with lovely river views. Spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds. Enjoyed the beautiful decor and fireplace. Gym and heated pool available, along with free bikes. Friendly staff and free upgrade. Would definitely return.

Great central location, within walking distance to key attractions. Spacious rooms with good soundproofing. The staff were professional and courteous, always ready to help. The bar had a good atmosphere and the outdoor seating area was a nice touch. The breakfast was of good quality with no restrictions.

The sunlit room with a beautiful riverside view at Graduate was absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and the pool and bar areas were top-notch. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had a spacious family room with a great view of the river. The hotel provided a laundry service that was fast and reliable. we enjoyed a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great location near Queen's and Fitzwilliam museum. Polite and helpful staff. Lovely room with modern interior, balcony, and river view. Excellent bedlinen and towels, brand new bathrobes. Fantastic breakfast with freshly prepared food and attentive service. Generous touch with birthday welcome gift.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right by the river and only a short walk to the city center. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially with my handicapped son who is in a wheelchair. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was lovely and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Though this place had many positive aspects, it could benefit from better maintenance and management. However, I would still recommend it to family and friends without hesitation.
