It was also served cold, which was a letdown. However, the continental breakfast offered a good variety of choices, including cold meats, cheeses, fruits, cereals.

I stayed at this hotel for a quick stopover with my partner's daughter on our way to Harry Potter world. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with a handwritten note and chocolates in a Harry Potter style envelope. The warm and tidy layout of the hotel made us feel comfortable, and the staff, including a trainee, were all excellent. The location was easy to find with free parking available. The room was spacious with a comfy king-size bed and a fantastic shower. Breakfast had plenty of options, although the toaster was a bit slow. a great experience at Ibis.

The convenience of the train station being just a short walk away was a major plus point. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially the gentleman who checked me in and went above and beyond to accommodate my family's special dietary requirements. The service throughout my stay was top-notch. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities one would need. The attention to detail was evident, with everything in place and clean. I particularly appreciated the gluten-free options available for breakfast, making it a worry-free experience for those with dietary restrictions.
