The hotel had great Christmas decorations and a festive atmosphere. the food at the restaurants was delicious, especially the Christmas dinner. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as charming villages and beautiful countryside.

The service was slow in the restaurants, and some aspects of the breakfast could be improved. the variety in the room service menu was limited.

Nestled by the river, the location of Grantley Hall is idyllic and serene. The beautifully restored characterful property offers luxury bedrooms with comfortable beds and attention to detail. The staff provides exceptional service, ensuring guests feel accommodated and at home. The Spa is delightful, offering a relaxing experience without overcrowding. The breakfast at the hotel is terrific, with a good selection and quality.

There were some issues with maintenance, including a snow room and water jets in the swimming pool being out of order.

Travelling alone, the exceptional spa facilities exceeded my expectations. The rejuvenating massage left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. The food was an absolute delight, the best I've ever had. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing. The attention to detail in the rooms and the beautiful grounds made me feel right at home. The complimentary gin was a lovely touch, making me feel like a valued guest.

The food was fantastic, couldn't fault it. the atmosphere was great, really easy to unwind and just relax. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. Plus, the location was stunning and we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The music played in the grounds was extremely loud and continued until the early hours of the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. it was a nice weekend away, but the noise level and price were the worst aspects of our experience.

We had the most exquisite stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the rooms were beautiful, with luxurious marble bathrooms and thoughtful touches like complimentary champagne and chocolates. the attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding, from the locally sourced snacks in the rooms to the delightful fragrance in the corridors. the spa was amazing, especially the unique snow room. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at Eighty Eight, where we sampled the Asian inspired cuisine and the hotel's special Grantley gin. We are already planning to return every year to celebrate our anniversary.

The staff went above and beyond, taking care of everything from parking to handling our luggage. The room and spa were top-notch, with a luxurious feel that was truly amazing. I can't recommend this place enough!

The hotel's decor was exquisite, and the in-room facilities were top-notch. The service we received was exceptional, and the staff made us feel special throughout our visit. The grounds were well-maintained, and the spa and outdoor pool were a treat, even in the rain. The food served was beautifully presented and delicious. We only wished we could have stayed longer! we highly recommend this wonderful hotel for a memorable stay.
