I absolutely loved the close proximity to the river and the hunting, fishing, shooting theme of the hotel. It added an extra appeal to my stay. The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect and comfortable. The bar area had a friendly atmosphere, like a local pub. The food, including the breakfast, was top quality. Truly a gem for budget travelers like myself.

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering valuable insights about the local area. We had dinner at the inn and were impressed with the top-class food and its great value for money. Breakfast the next morning was also a treat, with a tasty fried breakfast and a good selection of cereals. we had a wonderful stay at the Half Moon Inn.

The cooked-to-order breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant served one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. The staff were even kind enough to help us with our broken bicycle and cancelled our subsequent night for free when we had to abandon our cycling trip. a fantastic experience.

We recently stayed at a charming inn in a lovely location. The accommodation was spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Each morning, we indulged in a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits and scrumptious scrambled eggs. The inn is conveniently located near various attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. we were pleased to see that the inn is under new management, with plans to become even more cyclist-friendly. One improvement could be if the staff parked their cars at the front pub car park, allowing guests to easily access their rooms without any inconvenience.

It would be beneficial if the staff didn't park in the accommodation parking area, ensuring it is free for guests to use.

Awesome, just what I needed for a city break. The food was fantastic, with a lovely selection to choose from. My room was so comfy and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of great attractions nearby. I especially enjoyed their communal areas which had such a warm, homely feel to them.

There wasn't much I didn't like about my stay. The only downside was the Wi-Fi signal, which wasn't very strong in some areas of the hotel.

amazing summer break, even better than my last stay in sheepwash. the staff at the inn were incredibly helpful and canceled our night when our bike trip got canceled. the restaurant had the best steak, and the waitress was charming and efficient. A perfect getaway!
