Kirsty, the owner, provided a very warm welcome and made sure that I had the best stay possible. the room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. the hospitality tray was well-stocked and replenished daily. the bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a magnifying mirror. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the location of the accommodation was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and the harbour. I felt that I got excellent value for my money.

I recently stayed at a lovely B&B that exceeded my expectations. Horncliffe Room Only Accommodation felt like a boutique hotel with its homely atmosphere. The host, Kirsty, was incredible and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Despite my arthritis flare-up, Kirsty was extremely accommodating and responsive to my needs. The room itself was immaculate, with high-quality linen, a stunning bathroom with a double shower, and luxurious amenities. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like sanitary disposal bags and cotton pads. The location was ideal, just a minute's walk from the main street of Seahouses, and free parking was available. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably decorated and furnished, surpassing even some four-star hotels we've stayed at before. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were huge. The host, Kirsty, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was great, within walking distance to the marina, shops, and pubs.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better would be to have a wider variety of options.

Travelled from West Wales for a week of diving with seals. Convenient location near shops, eateries, and pubs. Friendly and warm welcome. Clean and comfortable rooms with fluffy towels and comfy beds. Good facilities, including kettle, hair dryer, and toiletries. Big shower with towel rail. Smart TV with streaming services. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay in a delightful modern B&B close to the seafront. The location was perfect, right in the center of the popular seaside town. The house, although plain from the outside, was cosy and modern on the inside. The room was freshly renovated with pretty, bright colors and adjustable heating. The breakfast was freshly made and plentiful, with options like local kippers. The host was welcoming and the room had nice touches like fresh flowers and treats.

The only minor downside was that the en-suite was bath only, with a shower available across the hall.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the city center, shops, and bars. It is also super close to the pier, perfect for diving enthusiasts. The hotel's proximity to Holy Island is a great advantage for sightseeing. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and satisfying. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our Christmas stay. the room was well-equipped with shower gel, hair products, a hair dryer, and even a lovely touch of flowers. the location of the guesthouse was excellent, with ample parking and within walking distance to various shops, pubs, and the marina. We also appreciated the little extras in the room, such as the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cake bars/snacks.

The bed was alright, but not as comfortable as our own at home.
