The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, right on the coast facing the sea. The room had a fantastic sea view, making it feel like a true beachfront getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

The walls between the rooms were quite thin, which could lead to some noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

This hotel is a hidden gem along the stunning Antrim coast. With its affordable prices and attention to detail, it offers exceptional value for money. The staff, from the receptionist to the friendly waitstaff, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms with a sea view provide a great setting to wake up to each morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel located on the Antrim Coast Road, just outside Larne. The staff, including Pearl, Sean, Phil and the girls, were down to earth and friendly. Our room had a beautiful sea view and the bed was extremely comfy. The service was top-notch, and we enjoyed a tasty home-cooked breakfast in the morning. The location was perfect, with breathtaking day drives along the Northern coast.

Guests occasionally smoked outside our window, but it was a rare occurrence.

We stayed at Halfway House on our way to catch the ferry to Scotland. The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean with a beautiful view of the coast. The evening meal was excellent and the old building had an interesting history. The huge windows provided a lovely view of the sea and palm trees. The decor was delightful, the room was clean with a very nice shower, and everyone was friendly. The dining room was full with amazing views of the sea.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right on the seafront was perfect for a relaxing break and exploring the Antrim coast. The hotel facilities were impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms that had great showers and bathroom facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me and my family during a time of emergency. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar looked inviting.

The friendly staff made our stay so enjoyable, they were always ready to help us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was included in the price and really delicious. They had a fully stocked bar and the drinks were affordable. The stunning views of the surrounding area were a pleasant surprise.

There were some guests who smoked right outside our window making it unpleasant at times. , the cost of a taxi was quite expensive.

We stayed at Halfway House during our trip along the causeway coastal route and it was the perfect location, directly on the route. The hotel was clean and the room provided all the comforts we needed, including tea and coffee. The elderly lady on reception, who we assume was the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a decent selection, including gluten-free bread when requested. it was a lovely and relaxing setting, and we would definitely return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Halfway House Hotel. The charming, old-fashioned feel of the hotel really appealed to us. The bar restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and the food, which was proper pub grub, was delicious. We especially enjoyed the peaceful outside area overlooking the bay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, from the breakfast server to the owner himself. Our deluxe sea view double room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the Mermaid islands and Ailsa Craig. The well-kept gardens and overall upkeep of the hotel impressed us as well. There was really nothing to dislike about our experience.
