The five-acre tropical garden at the hotel was a delightful escape, with beautiful paths meandering through vibrant foliage, creating a serene atmosphere for a family retreat.

My kids wished for more frequent shuttle services for easy access to downtown Key West.

The Parrot Key Hotel & Villas hosted me in a stunning bi-level suite with a master bedroom on the second floor overlooking the lush gardens. The plush king-size bed and private balcony provided a comfortable and luxurious home away from home. The hotel's location, within 3.5 km of Mallory Square, allowed me to easily explore shops, restaurants, and popular attractions.

Despite the hotel food/drink regulations, one pool was taken over by a loud conference group, affecting the tranquil atmosphere.

I fell in love with the beautiful room at the resort, complete with a charming little deck overlooking a pool. The stunning sunset views and multiple swimming pools were definite highlights. However, the room service and shuttle service could use some improvement. Nevertheless, the overall experience was delightful.

I keep returning for the perfect stay. The staff's kindness in returning my forgotten shower bag was memorable. The amenities suit me: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor and heated pools, games, gym. Can't wait to be back next weekend!

I keep returning for the perfect weekend getaway. The staff recommended local delivery on my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, heated pool, and a game room. The amenities, combined with their excellent service, make it an easy choice for every visit.

The hotel had amazing facilities, including four separate pools and a pool bar that stayed open late into the night. The view from the sunset pier was absolutely stunning, especially when enjoyed in peace and quiet. Additionally, I really enjoyed the front porches that each small house had, adding a charming and cozy touch to the stay.

One thing that bothered me was the hotel's location, as it was not within walking distance of the popular Old Town area. If you don't have a car, it might be more convenient to choose a different accommodation.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and we were impressed by the spacious 2-story suite on the waterfront. The room was well-maintained and had excellent amenities, including a microwave, small fridge, coffeemaker, and toaster. The layout of the hotel created a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with four pools to choose from. We especially loved the pool near the bar. our stay was fantastic, and we would definitely return.

The pool area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful lights in the evening creating a magical atmosphere. The lush grounds surrounding the pools added to the tropical vibe of the hotel. It was the perfect place to lounge and relax.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect for us - just off a busy street but within walking distance to some great places to eat. The staff at the front desk was always ready to help us with genuine hospitality. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace, and we were impressed with the quality of service in the dining options. The room amenities were also top notch with air conditioning, mini-bar and a nice patio with garden furniture.

Lovely apartment with a beachview balcony. Clean beach and pools, with a nice pool bar. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with pleasant décor. Accommodating for all ages and handicaps.

I loved having my own private porch where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The Key West-style buildings added a cute and charming touch to the hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the soaps and shampoos smelled absolutely amazing. The open-air restaurant and bar next to the pool were fantastic, and the bartender was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great.

The location on the edge of the island was perfect for me, as it was close to all the action but still felt secluded. Plus, it was convenient having a Walgreens right next door.

My room was incredible, even better than the pictures! The two balconies were perfect for enjoying the beautiful view. The fitness room was a little messy, but the staff was super friendly and made up for it. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel had amazing amenities and the complimentary items were lovely. We enjoyed using the plush robes and appreciated the Starbucks coffee k-cups. the quiet and peaceful location of the property made it a perfect place to unwind with plenty of opportunities to relax.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay that we noticed. the cafe prices were exorbitant and not a good value for guests.
