Beautiful grounds and four distinct pool areas.

My experience at Parrot Key Hotel was incredibly frustrating. The shuttle service was a major letdown, running only every two hours and ceasing at 4 PM, which left us scrambling for rides into town. Additionally, some staff were friendly, but I encountered others who were quite unhelpful, particularly when I needed assistance with my luggage. Overall, the inconsistency in service and inconvenience in transportation significantly marred my stay.

The hotel's beautiful landscaped gardens and multiple pools create a serene oasis away from the bustle. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service is incredibly convenient, dropping you right at the vibrant starting point of Duvall Street and sunset pier.

One downside is the high resort fee that feels a bit excessive for the amenities offered.

absolutely lovely grounds, but the housekeeping? more like a half-hearted attempt, trash still lingering. The shuttle service is a complete joke, only 2 hours apart and ends at 4pm. I expected a complimentary gesture for all this nonsense but was given nada. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The room I stayed in was cozy with a nice water view, and I loved lounging by the adult-only pool with a drink in hand. The hotel offers great relaxation spots like the beautiful garden area and multiple loungers perfect for soaking up the sun. staying at parrot key hotel & villas was fantastic! the room was spotless and spacious. The views were stunning. the staff was superb—everyone from the front desk to housekeeping made us feel welcomed. i loved lounging by the pools, especially the adult-only one. it's just a short drive to downtown, which was super convenient. we appreciated having everything we needed without being in the thick of it all.
