The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the theater. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Comfortable beds. Ample seating in public areas. No breakfast queue despite hotel being busy. Not centrally located but 20-min walk from Princes St Bus stop outside with minimal waiting time. Helpful and friendly staff. Large, clean rooms with spacious desk area and TV. Convenient location with nearby restaurants and shops. Short drive to the zoo. Enjoyable stay overall. Delightful food selection, especially for breakfast. Waffle making machine a highlight. Pleasant atmosphere.

The room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. One specific detail that stood out was the attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room, which was a pleasant surprise. our stay at Hampton was enjoyable and we would recommend it.

I loved this hotel. Great location just out of the hustle of tourist area, but an easy 15 min walk to Grassmarket then on to Royal Mile. Very good bus route from the door of the hotel for non-walkers. Breakfast had a great variety & lots of it. Been to this hotel twice now & it would be my go-to place when visiting.

The rooms are comfortable with temperature controlled heating and air conditioning. The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The daily breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options available, including waffles for those with a sweet tooth. The free WiFi is a bonus, allowing guests to stay connected during their stay.

The view from some rooms may not be the best, but it's not a big issue.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the sights of this city. Additionally, the hotel was in a nice neighborhood, close to many restaurants.
