I recently stayed at Hampton in Croydon for a weekend getaway. The room was small but cosy, with all the necessary facilities like tea/coffee, hairdryer, and iron. The shower/bathroom was beautifully fitted, and the bed was comfortable despite some noise. The breakfast was adequate given the circumstances, and the hotel had great hygiene measures in place. The staff were amazing and friendly, making our stay even better. a great hotel experience.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is within walking distance of Croydon shops and close to all trains and buses. Despite the nearby train tracks, many guests commented that the noise was not disturbing. The staff were described as eager to help with everything and some were nice. Additionally, the hotel provided breakfast bags, although the contents were limited to a few apples and an orange juice.

We had a great breakfast with a good selection of English breakfast, continental, and freshly made waffles. The staff were very attentive, especially Manoj, who made our breakfast even more enjoyable. a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great, being right beside the train station and only 10 minutes away from the airport. The staff were amazing, they provided a level of customer service that was exceptional. They were always friendly and knowledgeable, even bringing a spare duvet to our room at our request. The room amenities were impressive, with everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning. The hotel also had great facilities, including a leisure room, fitness studio, and a children's play area.

They went out of their way to accommodate us, finding an available room for us to rest and freshen up. The room itself was clean, quiet, and modern. The staff at this venue were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warmth and friendliness. They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable stay. In particular, Manoj stood out with his exceptional service, always wearing a smile on his face and making me feel welcome. The rooms themselves were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a luxurious and comfortable experience. From the cozy sitting area to the well-stocked tea and coffee facilities, everything was of the highest quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and the shower was refreshing, with a good selection of toiletries. I also enjoyed the complimentary waffles during breakfast, which were made fresh just for me. The breakfast selection overall was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. I particularly loved the ability to take out hot drinks, perfect for those on the go.
