The rooftop views are incredible, giving you a 360-degree panorama of the area that’s worth the visit alone. The common spaces are designed for relaxation and social gatherings, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploration.

The beds are notably hard, which might not be to everyone's liking. Additionally, while the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are on the smaller side, and the old elevator can be a hassle—sticking to the stairs might be the better option. There can be some street noise if you're facing the main thoroughfare, and although the location is convenient, it does get busy during the day but fortunately quiets down significantly at night. A bit of a sewer smell from the drains could be an unwelcome surprise every now and then, depending on your room's location.

The hotel offers a delightful rooftop terrace, providing breathtaking 360-degree views of Puebla, making it a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. I truly appreciated the attentive service in the restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious traditional dishes like mole poblano and chilaquiles, all excellently prepared by skilled staff. The location is superb, just one block away from the vibrant Zócalo that allowed for easy exploration of local sights and nearby dining options.

Breakfast featured an array of options, including made-to-order dishes and fresh fruit, which made my mornings more enjoyable.
