This hotel is perfect for a stay in Blackpool. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the center and the famous Tower. It's also conveniently close to Coral Island and Bonny Street Market, with the H&A Social Club right across the road. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the walk-in shower with provided toiletries is a nice touch. Despite being small, the room was perfect for our needs. Being able to make our own tea, coffee, or hot chocolate added an extra touch of comfort. The breakfast here is truly substantial and delicious. It's the best I've had in a long time. The staff create a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and the food is perfectly cooked.

The hosts at this B and B were absolutely fantastic! the room was spotlessly clean and had some great features, like a 50-inch screen and a spacious dressing table. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had plenty of sockets and drawers for our belongings. the breakfast each morning was superb, and we loved the variety of options available. We also really enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk away from the town center and the beach.

While the bed was comfortable, it did feel a little cheaper than expected. the shower could have been more powerful.

We recently stayed at Harleys for a short break and were thoroughly impressed. The location is central to everything, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was the perfect size for couples, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast provided was top notch, better than any cafe we've been to. Parking was convenient, just off road. The owner, Ray, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us with a very merry wife! The young lady who assisted him at breakfast was also polite and helpful. an excellent stay and we'll definitely be back.

The recently decorated rooms were impressive and the bed was comfortable. the key location made it easy to walk to the seafront and the Blackpool Tower. the staff were friendly and the cooked breakfast was delicious.

The room was smaller than expected with a sliding door that didn't lock, and the sink, toilet, and shower unit were all cramped and not very practical. It would have been nice to have a bigger room and better bathroom facilities.

Our stay at Harleys Reads Avenue was exceptional. The location was perfect, close to attractions like the Winter Gardens. The room we stayed in was quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast provided was superb, with a great selection. The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time here. the room was very clean and modern with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. the friendly staff made our visit even better and the substantial breakfast, which included a delicious poached egg, was a great way to start the day. the complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water in the room was also a lovely touch. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the local area.

The bedding was a little thick for the time of year, but it was still comfortable. However, the water pressure and temperature in the shower were slightly variable, which may be problematic if you need a powerful shower.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay extra special. The room was the perfect size for couples, and the private bathroom was small but very effective. The breakfast was top-notch, with a delicious full English and a variety of options. The hotel is close to Blackpool Tower and the funfairs, making it an excellent choice for families. We would definitely stay here again!

The parking nearby was a bit expensive, but that is not the hotel's fault.

Jayne and Ray provide a warm welcome and great service. Perfect location near central Pier, shopping center, and beach. Tastefully decorated rooms with walk-in shower and toiletries. Comfortable bed and provided coffee/tea. Fantastic cooked breakfast and accommodating hosts. Lovely celebration for my boyfriend's birthday. Highly recommend for future stays.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. I could easily walk to the nearby shows and attractions in just a few minutes. The hotel itself had undergone a great refurbishment, with modern and clean rooms. The room I stayed in had a huge TV, which was a bonus. The breakfast served by the lovely young lady was delicious, and she made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again.
