We had an exceptional experience at the hotel. the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us, especially Paul and Anne-Marie. They were incredibly accommodating to our complex needs as we were using the hotel as a base for our wedding. the breakfast and dinner were amazing, with the porridge receiving a perfect 10/10 rating. the hotel was nice and clean, and all the staff members were super nice and friendly. Jackie, a gentleman working in the restaurant, provided us with great tips for our road trip. Another man in the restaurant was also very kind to our daughter when she accidentally broke a glass, even making her laugh about it. We definitely plan to come back one day as our overall experience was exceptional.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and well-maintained facilities. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, especially the Friday and Saturday night music events.

The noise insulation in the rooms could be improved, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Convenient location for exploring Belfast and surrounding areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting industrial-style interior. Experienced some disturbance with a fire alarm in the morning, but overall a peaceful stay. Good bistro atmosphere in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Lisburn. the restaurant at Haslem Hotel was clean and the staff, especially Barbara, were lovely. the food was excellent, from presentation to taste. Our room was spotless and the receptionist who greeted us was brilliant. the location was good, the bed was comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful. it was a great experience.

For the money, I got great value at Haslem Hotel in Lisburn. The room was spotless and spacious with massive comfy beds and a lovely shower. The location was convenient and the staff were brilliant - from the receptionist who greeted me to the helpful night porter and friendly server at breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Haslem hotel for a family funeral and was impressed with the convenient location and accessibility. The bar/restaurant area had a great vibe and the food and drinks were exceptional. The spacious, clean, and quiet room provided a comfortable retreat. The staff were efficient, friendly, and professional, making us feel welcome during a difficult time. Taxis were readily available and rooms were even made available early. I would definitely return to the Haslem in the future.

The breakfast was beautiful, with a good variety. The receptionist Rebecca was really good, and the night shift staff member Cory/Cody was helpful. The room was spacious, warm, and cozy. The shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

They went above and beyond to cater to our complex needs. the hotel had a lovely atmosphere with a guitarist playing, and our room was exceptional. It was spacious, clean, and had a delightful scent. We enjoyed amenities such as a big TV, tea and coffee, and a fridge. the rain shower in the bathroom was also a nice touch.
