We had such a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel overlooking Lyme Bay. The owner, David, was incredibly thoughtful, providing binoculars in our room which allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking views even more. The room was clean and comfortable, with delicious biscuits and luxury toiletries. David was a superb host, offering helpful tips on the area and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was delightful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the special choice of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, excellent facilities, and exceptional service.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is just breathtaking, situated on the Downs with stunning views across Lyme Bay. The terrace and garden furniture provide the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast options are excellent, and the staff are professional and polite. The beach access is a great added bonus, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. this place offers an incredible experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our weekend stay by the coast was a treat! The stunning views of the sea were a highlight, along with the on-point service by the staff who made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was generous and tasty with a daily special. The added touches of fresh milk and biscuits in the room were a nice surprise. Parking was ample and hassle-free.

The room was quite small, with limited space to move around. There were no extra amenities in the bathroom, like a hairdryer or toiletries.

We had a fantastic stay in a charming place near fabulous restaurants. The location was perfect, close to Brixham harbour and in the beautiful Babbacombe area. The room was lovely, with comfortable furnishings and even robes provided. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome and excellent breakfast. We enjoyed sitting on our private balcony, taking in the stunning views over the sea. The hotel had great facilities, including a fridge for guests to use.
