This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a small alley off of Skuhumvit road. The location is perfect - close to the train and skytrain stations, and surrounded by plenty of eateries and bars. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail like extra pillows and a bath tub. The breakfast options are delicious and the coffee is exceptional.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The room was cozy and clean, and it offered a warm and comfortable bed. The staff was really helpful and made us feel at home. The hotel is conveniently located near transportation and great restaurants, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciate the complimentary breakfast and free water bottles provided.

The bathroom was small and could use some updating. The shower area was not properly separated from the rest of the bathroom, so the floor would get wet.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which was perfect for us as shopaholics. The location in the city center and close to the sky train made it easy for us to explore the city and embark on our adventures each day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the lounge with its small bar. a great experience.

Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay at Baan Sukhumvit Soi 20 enjoyable. They allowed us early check-in and provided a rest room until our room was ready. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great amenities like a mini-bar and free water. The location is perfect, close to everything but tucked away from the chaos. I highly recommend this hotel.
