I had a great time staying at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the location was nice. The building and public areas had a lot of character.

Although parking was limited on the street, I appreciated the effort to provide parking options.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all amenities, next to a park, and near all the attractions. The room was comfortable with fresh and clean bedding. The staff were very friendly and obliging, providing excellent service. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The view over the bay was spectacular, offering a beautiful backdrop. the hotel had a charming character with old photographs adorning the walls, adding to its appeal.

Some of the furnishings and decor were a little dated and could benefit from an update.

The view from the top floor room was stunning, overlooking the North shore and the west shore. The staff were friendly and the hotel had lovely original windows and a beautiful staircase. The stained glass conservatory seating area on the second floor was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The hot chocolate in the room was a nice touch, and the breakfast had a good selection of continental and cooked options.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! the prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the stunning views from the rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, from the comfortable beds to the fantastic seaview. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay memorable. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, including a gluten-free full English option!

We had a room with stunning views of the sea and Snowdonia park. Free parking was available near the hotel and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Located on a very steep hill, the hotel offers breathtaking views of Llandudno seafront and the beach below. The rooms are traditionally furnished with lots of character, and the shower room has a lovely powerful shower. The friendly staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast served in the dining room with its stunning view is sensational.

We got a decent hot breakfast included and a panoramic view from our room. the location was ideal for exploring the city, as it was close to all major attractions. the staff was very friendly and accommodating when it came to arranging tours, helping us get directions and offering suggestions of things to do.

The on-site parking was limited and was first come, first serve basis. the steep incline was also a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues.
