hedley house hotel & apartments in york exceeded my expectations! the location was perfect for taking enjoyable strolls to the center. loved the glamorous led lights in the bathroom and the big shower head. our friends had a room with a kitchen and views of york minster. so cool!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located for walking into the town centre. The room was lovely, clean, and had a comfortable double bed. The shower was wonderfully powerful. The breakfast had a good variety and they provided a new menu each day.

Additionally, I was pleased to find that the hotel has a car park with a charging point for electric vehicles. an excellent hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to find a yoga mat in the room, which came in handy for our relaxation after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center and all the attractions we wanted to visit. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a delightful Christmas stay. the Christmas package offerings included complimentary festive drinks and mince pies. the location was perfect, with a peaceful environment and easy access to scenic walks along the river. We also enjoyed having access to a cozy and comfortable room, which had a lovely fireplace that we could snuggle up to with a good book.

The lack of an elevator. It made carrying our luggage up the multiple flights of stairs quite difficult.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in York, situated in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the city center. The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with lovely modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were well taken care of. The breakfast, including their homemade granola, was quickly served and of high quality.

Although there were a couple of minor issues, overall my experience at this hotel was great.
