The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with lovely gardens to walk in and beautiful views of the river. It's also conveniently close to many attractions in the area. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a lot of character, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast provided was adequate and included in the price. we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

That the restaurant seemed empty when we arrived for dinner earlier than we would have liked.

We chose this hotel to celebrate our daughter-in-law's birthday and were not disappointed. The staff were extremely attentive and caring, making the evening a complete success. The location and building are lovely, with stunning views of the river. The room was large and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed. The facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and gym. The room was clean and had all the added extras. The included dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, surrounded by beautiful countryside and right next to the river. I loved the areas set out to relax in a quiet area, like a little grove. The service was top-notch, from the pleasant staff to the efficient room service and housekeeping. I was especially impressed by the welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, which was very convenient. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the hotel staff was dedicated and effective in providing excellent customer service.

Although my stay was lovely, there was a small hiccup with the room. I was given a disabled bathroom instead of the one I had booked.

Had an Easter getaway in the Scottish highlands. The meals were excellent and included two complementary facts that added to the experience. Located just off the A9 highway, it was easy to find and served as an excellent base for exploring the area. The hotel had a well-equipped Spa with a fitness center, indoor pool, and extensive grounds with pleasant walks. Ideal location for a relaxing break and as a base for exploring further afield.

The service during dinner on Friday was poor, the dishes taking over 90 minutes to arrive. Several guests were complaining that the hotel advertised pet-friendly rooms but the actual room option provided didn't allow them in.

The breakfast options, featuring both Scottish and vegetarian dishes, were delicious. The friendly staff made us feel safe and well taken care of, and the roaring log fires added to the cozy atmosphere. The amenities, including the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sun terrace, were amazing. our experience here was exceptional, and we highly recommend this place.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant meal I had was absolutely fantastic, the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The gym was well-equipped, and I also treated myself to a facial at the spa, which was a delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location, friendly staff, and excellent dining options.

The extensive woodland adds to the charm of this hotel, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and dedicated staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The Bulgarian waiter in particular was incredibly helpful and made us feel valued. the customer service is excellent and truly enhances the experience.

The service in the restaurant was disorganized and slow. We had to prompt staff to take our orders for both breakfast and dinner, and on multiple occasions, our orders were forgotten and had to be reordered.
