Staying here was a delightful experience, especially with the excellent breakfast and the friendly staff, who assisted me with my decaf tea request. The amenities are top-notch. I enjoyed the spa and leisure facilities, including the pool and sauna. I was also impressed by the beautifully decorated interior for the holiday season. While bar prices were a bit steep, the overall quality of the food, including the succulent organic chicken at dinner, made it worth it.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several service issues. I encountered a significant delay when ordering drinks at the bar, as I waited at least 10 minutes without acknowledgment from the staff. Additionally, the room had a cleanliness issue with long hair found in the sink, which was quite unappetizing. It was disappointing, especially considering the expectations set by other reviews about the hotel.

house is a lovely place to stay. the staff are super friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent, with great hot dishes and fresh options. we especially enjoyed the orangery setting. plus, the daily room service and access to the pool, sauna, and steam bath added to our relaxation. it’s set in a peaceful location, perfect for family walks.

The spa was a major letdown!!! Overcrowded and poorly maintained, with cramped changing rooms. The chaotic restaurant service left much to be desired, and the menu options were surprisingly limited. Some furnishings felt old and out of place!!!

The hotel offers a delightful continental breakfast with impressive options, and the atmosphere created by the evening pianist is truly enchanting. The staff, especially at the bar, made us feel exceptionally welcomed! !
