A charming stay by the sea

Waking up to an amazing view of the Emirates Palace was surreal. The staff, especially at the Loop bar, were exceptionally friendly, making our evenings delightful. The generous breakfast spread was a treat each morning.

the beach and pool area was ridiculously crowded, with sunbeds so close it could give anyone anxiety. Breakfast was a chaotic mess. staff didn't even bother to help! i was hoping for an upgrade due to the inconveniences, but of course, that didn't happen. i almost rated this place well, but i just couldn’t.

Had a lovely room with a sea view, but missed basic stuff like a dine-in menu and a drink in the minibar. Staff were friendly enough, though. Not what I expected.

Check-in was disorganized, with rooms not ready and unfriendly wait times!!! Hot water issues and a near-empty minibar are not what I'd expect for a supposedly luxury stay. Room views were diminished by dirty windows!!!

bab al qasr has a great location, just a short walk to the presidential palace and other attractions. the beach area is small but nice, perfect for soaking up the sun. the service was impressive, with staff frequently checking in to see if we needed anything.

Wow, Baly at the reception was a chommie! He offered us an upgrade, which was such a lekker surprise. Brekkie was a proper feast, and shoutout to the staff for being so friendly even when things got busy. Room had a stunning view that chilled us after a long day out!

Only downside was the pool area looked a bit tired, could use a little more attention. But overall, we had a good time!

This place suits me perfectly with amazing amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with the local taxi number, which I still remember. I recommend trying the delicious breakfast buffet! I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

had such a great time at bab al qasr! the views from our room on the 9th floor were amazin, right in front of emirates palace. the staff, especially at the poolside bar, were super friendly and always helpful. the food was delish at breakfast and lunch, and the pool area was nice too. loved that we didn’t need wristbands for the all-inclusive stuff, made it feel more chill.

only downsides were the windows were kinda dirty, so no good pics, and the beach could be cleaner with less trash around.

Check out the Ramadan tent for a unique dining experience, but confirm restaurant hours to avoid long waits, especially during busy periods like Eid.

stunning palace views with easy access to city sights

during my stay, I was thrilled with the breathtaking view of the Emirates Palace right from my room, and the hotel is just a short stroll away from the Observation Deck at 300 where you can catch an amazing view of the city skyline.
