The hotel's location was ideal for our needs, as it was very close to the arena where we were seeing a Tamla Motown show. It was also conveniently located right next to the places I needed to go and within walking distance of the restaurants we wanted to visit.

The buffet breakfast could have been better stocked, as some items ran out and had to be refilled, causing a bit of a wait.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as we were attending an event at The ICC. We also appreciated the discounted parking rate at the nearby multi-storey car park, which made our stay more convenient. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and our room was clean and bright. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay over Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised to find complementary champagne and mince pies in our room upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the festive city and all of its attractions, with everything within walking distance. Our room was also very comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed a great night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. They happily accommodated my request to move to a room with a larger double bed. The hotel facilities were excellent and modern, with a great bar area. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the Symphony Hall and the Birmingham Arena. The view from my room was fantastic, overlooking the city center.

Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, such as stained carpet and dated bathrooms, my room was clean and comfortable. This place is in an amazing location, right in the heart of the action. The service is top-notch with friendly and efficient staff that are happy to help with any requests. The room amenities are great, including ironing facilities and air conditioning. The restaurant and bar area serves delicious food and the staff are lovely. The fitness studio has everything you need for a good workout.

The breakfast options were a bit limited and became repetitive after a few days. I had a great stay here and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk away from the National Sea Life Centre and Legoland Discovery Centre. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast is really good with a wide selection. The staff, especially Joao, provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel offers secure onsite parking.
