Staff brilliant, helpful, polite. Lovely food, cocktails. Clean rooms, big TVs, huge beds. Great family rooms, separate sleeping area, TVs for each bunk bed.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right next to the Pleasure Beach and train station. The tram is also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore all of Blackpool's attractions. Additionally, the hotel is situated on the south promenade, which provides a pleasant view.

One downside is that the hotel is further away from the centre of Blackpool than expected.

Being disabled, I appreciated the excellent customer service and the stunning view of the Pleasure Beach from our upgraded family room. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, and the vegetarian sausage at breakfast was delicious.

The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor and furnishings. the hotel was conveniently located close to the beach and amusement park. Plus, they offered a great package deal with room and wristbands.

The staff were rude and unhelpful at times, and it seemed like they were short-staffed. We also had issues with the noise levels, as we could hear footsteps from above and even the conversations from the neighboring room.

Stayed here for Xmas and it was a great experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available at the front desk. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the food was delicious. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to a nearby attraction. the room was comfortable and clean, with a modern bathroom.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, as we had to pay for it even though it was advertised as free for disabled badge holders. the room had some minor maintenance issues like a broken iron and TV.

We were absolutely blown away by the standard of the hotel during our recent stay. It was easily the best hotel experience we've had in the past 30 years of visiting Blackpool. We were traveling with our two grandchildren and they were amazed by the bunk beds and snakes and ladders board in the room. Our granddaughter even wrote a thank you note on the notepad in the room expressing her gratitude and signed on behalf of both of them, complete with kisses at the bottom.

This place has a great location, right next to the tram and the Pleasure beach. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities like a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The lounge area was a nice touch, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The housekeepers and restaurant staff deserve praise for their efforts.

New Year's Eve here was okay, two complimentary drinks were a nice touch and the location was good for the fireworks. the food was average but did the job, and the room was clean.

It was the worst night's sleep I've ever had. the constant noise from screaming and running children made it impossible to rest.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and spotless rooms that were very comfortable. The location was ideal for the amusement park and promenade, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
