The room was comfortable, the staff accommodating, and the breakfast enjoyable. The hospitality exceeded expectations with a free upgrade and coupons. The only downside was a small bathroom.

The Rival House restaurant left a bad taste in our mouths, but DoubleTree's manager, Coleen, turned things around. Despite being busy, she personally attended to us, ensuring we felt valued and taken care of. She even declined credit, wanting the entire team to receive recognition. Truly impressive leadership. The location was convenient for our early check-in at the hospital, and the underground parking was worth the price. The staff provided excellent customer service and the Skyway made it easy to walk to the Excel Energy Centre. Happy hour at the Rival House was a great experience.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance to the Xcel Energy Center and close to the Green line trains to Minneapolis. Plus, being connected to the skywalk made it so convenient to get around. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my experience was on my schedule. The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
