The free dinner and breakfast were lifesavers!

Just spent a couple nights and I was really impressed with the staff—super friendly and made us feel at home. The room was spacious and the bed? So comfy! Breakfast had a nice variety. They offered a free dinner spread which was a lifesaver after a long day running errands. Just wish they offered real plates instead of disposables.

The breakfast was good. not great, but I appreciated the hot food options. The staff here are professional and attentive to needs. it's a nice touch having decent dining area facilities.

absolutely disappointing! I was shocked, there wasn't even a cushy chair in my room, and staff acted as if I demanded a throne. To top it off, the toilet was agonizingly slow to flush. I nearly gave this place a good review, but really, one would expect more than subpar facilities here.

absolutley disapointing that our room had a big black stain right in the middle of the floor! the pool area was clearly neglected, towels everywhere, and not a single staff member in sight. i half expected a free upgrade for the inconvenience, but, alas, that was too much to ask. i just couldn't give a good review.

Comfortable beds, convenient location with great amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast that featured a variety of options including eggs and sausage.

Clean room, great location, daily cleaning

this hotel is all style and no substance. the bathroom floor was sticky, and the windows had a thick layer of dirt. after such a long journey, you'd think they would've offered a complimentary upgrade or at least cleaned my room better. i almost gave a good review, but surprise! that was too much to ask.

Free parking and spacious room, but the outdoor pool was too cold to enjoy.

The indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, they made friends with other kids there and had a great time! The restaurant next door was another plus—they served decent meals that definitely helped after a long day of driving.

Not the cheapest option, but it was still acceptable considering we needed a place to sleep for the night.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend getaway in Ridgeland with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was quick to resolve a minor issue in our room within minutes, which I appreciated. Make sure to ask for additional towels at the front desk as they can be limited in the room.
