We were delighted with this place. It is so easily accessible from a major railway station that is directly connected to Narita airport; it only takes less than 5 minutes to get here. We enjoyed the impeccable hotel service, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry and ironing facilities, and the room amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The convenience of the flat-screen TV, towels, free toiletries, refrigerator, electric kettle, and am/fm alarm clock made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff, including the receptionists, were friendly and always accommodating.

Superb location, friendly staff, modern & clean, fast wifi, convenient for transportation, multitude of nearby restaurants and amenities.

As youngsters, we loved the convenient location near Shinjuku Station and the modern, clean rooms. The dimly-lit hallways created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly accommodating and communicated promptly prior to our arrival.

The location of Jr Kyushu was perfect for my needs. Only a few blocks from Shinjuku Station, the Narita Express and bus station that made exploring Tokyo a breeze. During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the modern and new look of the property. the room and toilet space were surprisingly good for a central location. the convenience of having famous eating places and endless shopping options within walking distance was a major advantage. Additionally, the comfortable beds and choice of pillows made for a pleasant stay.

One negative aspect was the lack of atmosphere when stepping out of the hotel. It required a bit of walking or taking a train to find a lively environment.

The rooms are big, clean and modern. They come with basic amenities you need, such as TV, hairdryer, and air conditioning. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast, and the restaurant is pleasant and comfy. Additionally, the reception staff is helpful and proficient in English. You can enjoy easy access to fast food joints, supermarkets, casinos, and the park.

It was just a short walk to shopping facilities and transport facilities in Shinjuku. The hotel was right by the station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, there were plenty of eateries around, with a Lawson next door and a McDonald's just around the corner.
