i almost gave this place a good review, but the shower fluctuated between boiling hot and freezing cold, and my door frame looked like it had been broken into. absolutely disgraceful. as if I didn’t deserve a room upgrade given all the inconveniences. i thought this was a motel, not a torture chamber with stale air freshener, gross.

Incredible staff assistance and comfortable amenities.

Unfortunately, during our four-night stay, we encountered several issues. We were given limited towels for the entire duration, and without room cleaning services, we had to rely on the front office, which was an inconvenience. The trash can in our room overflowed and there was no one available to address our concerns, which left us feeling neglected.

Hearing every conversation from adjacent rooms was annoying!!! The door latch was broken, which felt unsafe. I suggest soundproofing the walls and ensuring door fittings are secure to enhance guest experience!!! Room service inconsistently refreshed amenities.

the check-in process was smooth, but that’s where the enjoyment ended. the smell in the room was simply atrocious, as if the furniture was older than me! absolutely disgraceful. also, i woudl ve been delighted if my requests for a room upgrade were taken seriously instead of being treated like a regular guest. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Consider checking in during office hours for quick service. The jetted tub in the room is a fantastic way to unwind after exploring.

The room was super clean with all the essentials, like AC and a mini fridge. The pool area looked great for relaxation! I loved the fast check-in process. It was a perfect base for exploring the area.

The Colonial Motel serves as a great base for exploring North Conway! The cleanliness of the room was spot-on, and the location was very convenient for local attractions. I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave in the room. Beware of occasional noise from adjoining rooms, though.

So,, we had this king suite that was really comfy and clean, felt like a breath of fresh air after some rough stays before. The staff? They were friendly and even had cookies and hot chocolate at check-in, which was a nice touch after a long drive.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain,,, but for what we got,, it was still an acceptable deal.

A Charming Stay with Personal Touches!

We had a delightful experience! The staff greeted us by name daily, creating a warm atmosphere. The air-conditioning was fantastic, and the outdoor grills made for memorable dinners. Don't miss the inviting pool area! Future guests should definitely utilize the friendly room service for any amenities you need.

This was just a great fit for a brief pause in North Conway with outstanding value for money. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a new large TV that made our downtime more enjoyable. Look out for the small bathroom. it’s functional but a bit cramped.

This place suits me perfectly! It has free Wi-Fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and great staff who once helped me find my lost wallet. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience. I'm definitely coming back for a city trip!

I had a lovely stay with a clean room featuring a jetted tub, though I noticed the bed had a slight sag. I'd definitely return for the comfort!
