The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was close to everything in town. I could easily walk to the center, the downtown shops, and the North Conway outlets. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a newly renovated bathroom and all the necessary amenities in the room, including a microwave and fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The owners were really attentive and helpful, even making my husband's special espresso in their own kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a table and chairs for dining inside. We also enjoyed using the outdoor picnic area and BBQ. we had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this motel.

The parking situation was frustrating, as our designated spot had a big puddle that couldn't be avoided. Despite asking for a solution, the staff didn't offer any alternatives or take responsibility for the inconvenience.

The friendly host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even organizing a bonfire in the evening. Despite being close to the office, privacy was a slight concern. However, the motel provided a safe and secure environment, and the pool area had a peaceful setting, perfect for stargazing at night. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Peaches Cafe, just a short walk away.

Our stay at the Colonial was wonderful. From the time we checked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and charming bedding. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The location was great, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The picnic area was a nice touch for enjoying meals. We definitely plan on making this an annual visit!

One minor drawback is the occasional noise disturbance, especially from emergency vehicles or loud vehicles passing by.

Our two-year stay at this motel was fantastic! The owners were always on site and incredibly helpful. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing, and the location was close to everything while still being peaceful. They even provide fresh coffee in the lobby! The small containers outside each door for windshield and motorcycle cleaning were a thoughtful touch. Plus, the motel has several barbecue grills available for use.
