As young people, we absolutely loved the spacious executive room with its huge bed and large working desk. The free Wi-Fi allowed us to connect our devices and enjoy Netflix and other entertainment options. The modern bathroom came with natural toiletries and a hairdryer, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything clean and tidy. The hotel also had a free mini gym for us to use and offered room service for breakfast, making sure we didn't miss out on a meal. The location was wonderful, with easy access to transportation terminals and various tourist attractions like the Game of Thrones locations and the Giants Causeway. the facilities and amenities were top-notch.

We come here very regularly when restrictions lifted over this past year and even before as it is a fantastic place, great location, fantastic staff, very comfortable and spotless. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the city centre and just outside the city center. It's also conveniently situated right by the bus station where you can easily catch a bus to/from Belfast international airport. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, from the friendly and helpful receptionists to the attentive and excellent service from the maids. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with excellent amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The hotel also offers a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place offers a great experience with its prime location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Belfast. It is conveniently located near the heart of the city, within walking distance of City Hall. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of pubs and restaurants, making it easy to find a great place to eat or have a drink. Additionally, it is just 100 yards from the bus and train hub, providing easy access to transportation options. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, quickly resolving any issues that arose. The free wifi worked excellently, and we appreciated the secure and reasonably priced parking option. We would definitely book here again for a cheap, no-frills stay.

Lack of on, site parking, requiring guests to find parking at a distance in a multi, storey car park. the multi, storey car park often fills up, resulting in the inconvenience of having to park on higher levels.

We had a minor hiccup with our room allocation, but the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue and relocated us to a room with proper beds. The hotel has a modern and welcoming design, and the lounge and restaurant were great places to enjoy meals. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most attractions and easily accessible from the train and bus stations. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Belfast center and right next to a bus station with services to the airport. The breakfast provided was enjoyable. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke highly of Chloe and Nicole from the reception.

The room was clean and comfortable, with exceptional bathroom facilities. the staff were helpful and friendly, creating a good overall ambience. Plus, the hotel had a nice modern reception area and bar, adding to the positive experience. the location of the hotel was also great, with historic buildings, shops, and restaurants nearby. It was truly a vibrant and cosmopolitan city with lots to offer.

the lifts in the hotel were too small for the number of guests, causing wait times and inconvenience. Lastly, there was an issue with the TV signal in the room, although it was quickly resolved.

Nothing it was perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Holiday Inn Belfast. The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One particular highlight was the helpfulness of a young woman at check-in. She not only greeted us with a warm smile but also took the time to provide us with a printed map and mark out recommended routes for us to explore the area. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcome.

Bed: Incredibly comfortable beds, we all slept very well. Location: Close to restaurants and a short walk to the main city center. - Advantage: Would definitely stay again if returning to the city.

Parking: the parking situation is not ideal, but they offer reduced overnight rates at a nearby multi-storey car park and have a few spaces for a 15-minute drop-off period. No other dislikes mentioned.
