Just a good pick for a city trip in Belfast with fantastic value for money. The staff were super welcoming, making check-in easy and showing me the best spots for the Christmas markets. Make sure to ask about the restaurant's dinner specials—they really hit the spot!

Comfortable room, great service, allowing us to easily explore the city. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet and convenient laundry services to maximize our time out and about.

Request a room without a connecting door to avoid noise from neighbors, as sound can easily travel through these doors.

The noise from the heating system can be bothersome!!! The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable during my stay!!! Parking is a hassle with the public lot, especially during busy hours!!! The layout of the main entrance is awkward!!!

this holiday inn was super clean, and the staff were really friendly. the rooms were nice and cozy. They had a couch that pulls out to a bed, which was cool for my kids. breakfast had a ton of choices and those muffins were amazin! its location is perfect for exploring the city, like right next to a bus station. oh, and the bathroom had a proper exhaust fan, which is rare!

the parking situation was kinda confusing and it's in a busy area. The wifi kept dropping out, which was annoying.

I really appreciated how Alice made our stay feel special, and the comfy sofa bed was a hit with the kids! We enjoyed unwinding in the lounge area and catching a movie in the TV room after a long day. Just keep in mind that the breakfast situation could be clearer to avoid any confusion while ordering. 😊

The location was ideal for exploring the city, just a short walk to Belfast City Hall and the vibrant Cathedral Quarter. Staff were friendly and super helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Loved the buffet breakfast, fresh and satisfying!

Not obvious to find where to park when arriving.

The location was superb, just 10-15 minutes from tons of shops and restaurants. I was on the 5th floor and there was hardly any noise, even with the hotel being full! ! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the breakfast had so many choices, I felt like a king!
